By using Pesca, you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By installing and using Pesca, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

Your content

Catches, photos and notes remain your property. We claim no rights over them and use them solely to power the app for you.

You agree not to upload illegal, offensive or third-party-rights-violating content. Pesca doesn't moderate automatically but may suspend accounts based on reports.

Fishing prohibition disclaimer

The app shows fishing prohibition periods based on Romanian Order 23/297/2025. The data is informational and may be incomplete for special zones (border waters, Danube Delta, coastal lakes). Always check the official ANPA order before fishing. Pesca makes no guarantees about accuracy and is not liable for sanctions caused by app use.

Weather and solunar disclaimer

Weather data comes from OpenWeatherMap and may contain errors. Solunar calculations and moon phases are approximations (SunCalc algorithm). Don't use these for decisions involving personal risk.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

Pesca is provided "as is". We don't guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Pesca's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months (zero, if you use the free version).

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Major changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
